I was referred to Ken’s Autos from another autolock smith. The key on my golf was stuck in the ignition, I contacted them and was told they could fix the issue for me same day and visit my property to do so.

They arrived early afternoon and was able to start my car and said it would be easier if they took it to their workshop.

About 1.5 hours later I got a call to say it was done and willing to drop it back off again. First class service and can’t fault them.

After struggling to find someone that would fit a tow bar on my DS7 (Halfords couldn’t get hold of a tow bar), the guys at Kens were able to track one down, get it ordered, and fitted it to my vehicle without any fuss or complications. The workmanship was second to none, and much to my surprise, if I didn’t know that there is a tow bar there, I wouldn’t be able to see one.
