The Blue Spot Tools S Hook Cam Buckle (25mm x 2m/6ft) is manufactured from polyester webbing for weather resistance and has stitched reinforcement for increased durability with plastic coated, steel S hooks for corrosion protection. The cam buckle is ideal for the securing of large, bulky or awkwardly shaped loads during transportation. The automatic locking cam has a quick release function for quick and easy use and the polyester webbing is resistant to cutting and friction abrasion.

Understanding the sizes
Straps and tie-downs are specified by width, length and working load limit. The working load limit is a fraction of breaking strain — never load to breaking strain.
Working with tie down strap
Run the strap over the strongest part of the load and avoid sharp edges, which cut webbing under tension. Take up slack before ratcheting, and check tension again after the first few miles as loads settle. Store webbing dry; damp and UV both weaken it.
