- i20 (2008–now) — petrol: ACEA C2 (5W-30), ILSAC GF-6A (0W-20) or ILSAC GF-5 (5W-20); diesel: ACEA C2 (5W-30) or ACEA A3/B4 (5W-30)
The grade (such as 5W-30) and the approval (such as a carmaker code) both need to match your handbook. If your car has a particulate filter, the low-ash oil the handbook lists protects it.

Does my i20 need low-ash (low SAPS) oil?
If it has a particulate filter, yes: use the low-ash approval its handbook lists, such as ACEA C2. A high-ash oil can block the filter over time.
